Pentru anul 2025, ne propunem să maximizăm implicarea noastră în aceste proiecte, punând accentul pe acțiuni civice, cu influență majoră în dezvoltarea tinerilor, ajutorarea comunităților vulnerabile și defavorizate, promovarea culturii și deprinderea unui comportament responsabil față de natură.

The #PREƧENT educational project facilitates access to alternative and non-formal education for children from disadvantaged backgrounds, supporting equal opportunities for social inclusion. It complements the mission of the Creative Industries Association to develop cultural, educational, and social projects that contribute to community growth.

Specialists from various fields deliver training sessions structured as educational modules, offering high-quality learning content presented in a relaxed and creative format.
The project aims to raise awareness about the importance of access to professional educational resources as a way to reduce social disparities, support career orientation, and strengthen self-esteem.

#PREƧENT 2022–2023

Since October 2022, the #PREƧENT educational project has expanded its activity across 5 counties (Iași, Botoșani, Bacău, Piatra Neamț, Vaslui), in 8 centers for children under the protection of the county DGASPC institutions we collaborate with.
The project’s implementation is aligned with the school curriculum of the enrolled beneficiaries; thus, the children will take part in a wide variety of workshops until the end of May 2023.

Until January 2023, the children participated in workshops led by specialists such as:

We want more and more children to have access to non-formal and alternative education, as the previous modules have shown us the importance and openness that the project brings to the children.

#PREƧENT 2022–2023 comes with an addition compared to previous modules: the workshops within the program will no longer fall under a single theme, but will be as diverse as possible. Diversity becomes a key word in describing the project, especially since every child who interacts with the workshops is different.

The #PREƧENT educational project is implemented by the Creative Industries Association, supported by Kaufland Romania, in partnership with the General Directorates of Social Assistance and Child Protection in Iași, Botoșani, Bacău, Piatra Neamț, and Vaslui.

The fourth module of the #PREƧENT project was built around the theme “Integration and Tolerance” and took place in five centers in Iași (CSS “Bucium”, CSS “Rosetti”, CSS “Bogdana”, the “Verșeni” Family-Type Center, and CSS “Mihail Sadoveanu”, Pașcani).
A total of 134 children participated in the weekly workshops, engaging in various cultural and creative activities, including 30 Ukrainian children under the protection of the Romanian state.

Across the 60 sessions of the module, the children expressed their creativity together with specialists in various ways, such as:

Some of the most affected during the pandemic were children. To support their adaptation to post-pandemic life, the workshops in the fourth module focused on artistic and cultural themes. Through these activities, the children explored cultural barriers and experienced both local and Eastern traditions, helping them reintegrate more easily.
The project’s CSR component continued as well, with the fourth module beginning with Children’s Day gifts on June 1.

The third module of the #PREƧENT project, “Creativity and Expression through Art,” took place in four social centers in Iași County (CSS “Bucium”, CSS “Rosetti”, CSS “Bogdana”, and the “Verșeni” Family-Type Center), where 130 beneficiaries enjoyed workshops in Redesign, Dramatic Art, Choreography, New Media, and Visual Arts.
At the same time, more than 30 children who arrived from Vinnytsia, Ukraine, enjoyed climbing, ziplining, and games offered by our friends at Climb Again Iași.

Throughout the 60 sessions of the module, the children expressed their creativity together with the specialists in various ways, such as:

The workshops included in this module were tailored to the needs and interests of the children from the social centers where the first two modules had already taken place. From creative writing to theatrical interpretation and choreography, the children had the opportunity to explore and express both their creative and artistic sides. The charitable component of the project continued in this module as well, and at the beginning of December, the children received gift packages from the association’s members as well as from Anna Katharina Scheidereiter — CSR Manager at Kaufland Romania.

During the second #PREƧENT module, workshops and interactive sessions were organized under the theme “Healthy Living.” The project took place between May and July 2021 and expanded to two additional centers in Iași, with activities held at the Bucium Social Services Center, the C.A. Rosetti Social Services Center, and the Bogdana Social Services Center (Bogdănești village, Horlești commune).
More than 100 children took part weekly in engaging activities addressing current topics, each with a different theme or approach.

This time, the children participated in 60 training sessions coordinated by specialists in the selected fields, such as:

The activities were complemented by an outing to the Climb Again Climbing Center, where the children competed in climbing, relay, and zipline activities. The final meeting of the second module combined fun and interactive review games, prizes, and feedback sessions from the young participants.

The second module of the #Present project was supported by Kaufland Romania in partnership with the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Child Protection Iași.

The first module, centered on the theme of communication, took place between January and April 2021 in an online format due to the pandemic situation, and the beneficiaries were 64 children from the Bucium Social Services Center in Iași. It offered an alternative perspective on the various forms communication can take, both on a personal and a professional level, through tools such as contemporary literature and mass media.

Consisting of 24 sessions, the communication module provided alternative learning meetings with top professionals (writers, journalists, translators, cultural managers) on topics of interest such as:

Visits to the center began as early as the end of December, when we offered Christmas gifts to the children. In addition to the online courses, the library was equipped with 152 contemporary Romanian literature books. Moreover, to ensure the smooth running of the project and to support online schooling, the children received 35 tablets along with school supplies.

The #Present educational project is funded by Kaufland Romania, and the first module was implemented in partnership with DGASPC Iași and the National Museum of Romanian Literature Iași.
