Volunteering
A community grows through the people who choose to get involved.
At the Creative Industries Association, volunteering means more than helping out at an event.
It means being part of a creative community—present at festivals, cultural projects, educational initiatives, and actions that create real impact in the city.
Over the years, more than 2,700 volunteers have joined AIC’s projects—people who have grown alongside the festivals, who return year after year, and who each contribute in their own way to what we build together.

How You Can Get Involved
We don’t have a rigid list of roles.
Depending on the active projects and the time of year, volunteers can get involved in:
activities during festivals
organizing related events
supporting workshops, exhibitions, and public-facing activities
communication and participant relations
logistical support during key project moments
community-impact actions
Regardless of your experience, you’ll find a place where you can contribute.
How to Become a Volunteer
1. Fill out the application form:
A simple form — with your contact details, availability, and interests.
2. We’ll contact you when a suitable project begins:
We’ll send you details about the schedule, possible roles, and project timeframe.
3. Take part in a short onboarding session:
We get to know each other and present the context in which you’ll be involved.
4. Become part of the AIC community:
Festivals, events, people, experiences — volunteering in a professional and friendly environment.
